At Plume, we offer a 14-day return window for our products. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Return Eligibility Requirements

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Remain unused with original manufacturing seals intact
  • Include the original packaging
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for return authorization and further instructions
  3. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label
  4. Package your item securely using the original packaging

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Product Quality & Damages


We take pride in the quality of our products. Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items immediately.
If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us right away at
sales@theofficialplume.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased from other retailers
  • Items not directly purchased from www.plumehemp.com
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchange Process

For the fastest resolution, we recommend:

  • Initiating a return for the unwanted item
  • Placing a new order for your desired product once the return is accepted

Refund Process

  • We'll notify you once we receive and inspect your return
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund


Note: If your order has already shipped, original shipping fees are non-refundable,
even if a refund is later approved.
